Same as previously commented. The app says its installed, but no where to be found. Clicking on Icon from Play Storr Install page opens only a pic of the app icon, but nothing else occurs. Totally useless... doesnt work.

After installing i m only getting UNINSTALL button, no OPEN button. i m not even getting an app in my device. There is only install and uninstall button in play store. How can i open this app ? Is there any problem in my device or any problem in play store or any problem in application ? I don't know what to do. Can anyone help ?

Bought X9000H 55 inch this Feb. Original remote not working They suggested to use this app as service center closed in lockdown. This app doesn't work at all. Sony is waste of money.
